The CHRA is always looking for new landlords and additional properties to help us serve our participants. Prospective landlords, please contact our office with any questions or to make your property available for Section 8/HCV Clients. If you are a current landlord, please contact us to make us aware of any additional properties you may have available now or in the near future.  All Section 8/HCV properties must pass an HQS (Housing Quality Standards) inspection to be begin or continue working with the program. Before we can consider your property for the Section 8/HCV program, we must have a completed Request for Tenancy Approval Form to provide property information such as rent, utilities, etc. to help us calculate tenants’ rent. Learn more about HQS by clicking on HUD’s publication A Good Place to Live. Landlords can learn more about our Section 8/HCV program by downloading our Owner Handbook.
